The app is provided without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the app entirely at your own risk.

3. User Responsibility for Data

You are solely responsible for your data. MeraKhata stores all data locally on your device. The developer is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or damage to your data resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, software malfunction, or any other cause. You are encouraged to use the built-in backup features regularly to safeguard your data.

4. Free to Use

MeraKhata is free to download and use. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges for the core functionality of the app. Future premium features may be introduced, but the core ledger functionality will remain free.

5. Advertisements (Google AdMob)

MeraKhata uses Google AdMob to display banner ads within the app. These ads are served by Google and may collect device identifiers and usage data to provide relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's Google Settings. The developer does not control the content of these ads.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — managing your business ledger and customer credit records. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to tamper with the app's functionality.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
